Victor Odjemu is the Managing Partner. Mr. Odjemu was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1996. He comes with more than 20 years of legal practice experience in diverse areas of Nigerian law, including Civil law and procedure, Criminal law and procedure, Constitutional law, Employment and Labour law, Fundamental human rights law and enforcement, Property law, Information and Communications Technology Law, Maritime law, Mining and Oil and Gas law, Construction/Infrastructure law, Debt recovery, and Corporate services (e.g. corporate registration, compliance, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring).
Mr. Odjemu has been involved in some landmark cases that were instrumental in developing the Nigerian legal jurisprudence, including Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) v Muri Edet Etim Asuquo (2018) LPELR-43885 (SC); Mahmud Aliyu Shinkafi v Abdulazeez Yari (2016) 7 NWLR (pt. 1511) 340, SC. He has also advised extensively on joint venture and strategic alliance agreements in the maritime sector. He is a key member of the International Bar Association’s Committees on Litigation and Power and is currently looking to qualify to practise as a Solicitor in England and Wales.

Nathaniel Egbet is a Senior Associate. He obtained his LLB. Degree in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria in 2007 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. Emmanuel Maga is a Senior Associate. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. He specializes in the practice of corporate law, commercial law, employment law, property law and criminal law.

Michael Uche Ukponu is a Senior Associate. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. Since then, he has been in active legal practice in diverse areas of law, with particular competence in Energy, Natural Resources and the Environment. He participates actively in energy and mining-related transactions on behalf of the firm. He also has significant experience in Employment Law.
He was granted the Australia Awards Scholarship by the Australian Government to undertake studies in Energy and Resources Law (LL.M) at The University of Melbourne, a internationally top-ranking university in Australia. Consequently, he has become a leading go-to expert in energy, natural resources and the environment laws within our law firm.

Mr. Musa obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Ado Bayero University, Kano and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. He obtained his Master of Business and Commercial Law (MBCL) from Ado Bayero University Kano in 2015.
He is an astute litigator and has handled a lot of cases relating to debt recovery, property employment law and election petition matters. He is a prolific legal researcher with a keen eye for narrow yet significant details. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Janet Sylvanus Awo
Ms. Awo was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019. Her responsibilities include legal research, due diligence, legal compliance, simple contracts and other legal drafting.

Iboi Lawrenta Ibhade
Iboi Lawrenta Ibhade is an associate counsel. She was called to the Nigerian bar in 2019. She is an ardent legal practitioner. Nwamara Autin Chinemezu
Nwamara Austin Chinemezu was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017. Nwamara Autin Chinemezu

She obtained her LL.B from Igbenidion University, Okada, Edo State, in 2011 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. She posseses significant experience in litigation, and her major area of practice is Commercial and Corporate law, Oil and Gas law, Maritime and Environmental Law, Intellectual Property law, and Civil and Criminal Matters.
She travelled to the United Kingdom to further her education in International Commercial Law (LL.M) at the University of Bedfordshire. Also, she obtained her MPhil on "The Scope for Abusive Legal Process in International Commercial Litigation under the Post-Recast Brussels Regelation Era". She was also a lecturer in the said university, teaching Commercial law courses for Maters students and Legal research method for Undergraduate students. She also has expertise in the Jurisdiction of courts between the UK and EU countries and how their respective jurisdictions are regulated.
